What is Femme Fitale?
Femme Fitale-offers an eight-week, women’s-only kickboxing workout with MMA conditioning that helps ladies lose weight and get in shape fast! Locations are outdoors for the spring/summer season, then heads indoors for fall/winter (renting space).
Designed to help women feel challenged (in a comfortable environment) while learning techniques of kickboxing, MMA, pad work and more, Femme Fitale allows women to shape & tone their bodies while also learning self-defence skills.
Femme Fitale welcomes women of all ages and levels of fitness, and provides a total-body workout that combines:
- Jump Rope
- Circuit Training
- Kickboxing Drills and Conditioning (partnered pad work)
- Core Strengthening
- Partnered Body Sculpting exercises
- MMA Conditioning Drills
That will target trouble spots and sculpt you from head-to-toe.
How Does It Work?
- Clients sign-up for an eight-week Femme Fitale program
- Clients attend and give 100% dedication to their workout twice per week
- Clients exercise using the Femme Fitale At-Home Workout DVD and workout to one of the three exercise programs at least once per week
- Regularly prepare and eat healthy, nutritious and delicious meals from Femme Fitale’s nutrition plan/recipe of the day daily with one “cheat day” per week
- Results clients can look forward to once they’ve completed classes are:
- Up to 20 lbs weight reduction
- 1 – 10 inches reduced in your thighs, midsection, and arms
- A boost in your immune system, and a decrease in sick days
- Increased cardiovascular health
- 25 – 100% increase in strength and stamina
- Increased confidence and self-assurance

How Femme Fitale is Different Than Other Kickboxing Classes

Women’s only, which means you can come and sweat, grunt, wear no make-up, and be yourself. |
Co-Ed, which means you may feel self-conscious about being partnered with a male. |

Burn more calories and firm your muscles faster by engaging all your muscles in each movement through contact with a safe target! | Air boxing workouts choreographed to music are more like a dance program. While effective cardiovascularly you may not achieve the full benefits of each movement. |

Designed for women, which means the exercises target a woman’s trouble spots from head to toe (booty, tummy, etc.) |
Designed for men, which means most of the exercises will be designed for a man’s body (chest, arms, etc.) |

Full nutritional support, which means you can follow a sound nutritional plan consistently, and are more likely to achieve almost any fitness goal. |
