These cookies are absolutely delicious, light and fluffy.
- 60g wholemeal flour
- 20g melted unsalted butter (can substitute coconut oil)
- 2 tbsp milk (can use almond milk)
- 25g natvia/stevia
- 5g baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Mix all ingredients together. The dough formed should be quite stiff.
- Form into balls and place on lined baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
